I was helping Anna do her homework tonight and she really didn’t want to do it. The whole time I kept thinking about how ironic it was that I was making her do her work when I never did mine. I love to learn on my own and got good grades but didn’t like doing homework for school. Now I have a daughter that always gets good report cards and loves to read…only she hates to do it when it is homework.
This must be my punishment for all those years of my mom trying to get me to do my homework.

HA! THAT IS TOO FUNNY. I can honestly say, in all our years of living together, I don’t remember one time you studied. The only thing I remember you doing for school is that silly Spanish skit where you used my giant teddy bear to “attack” somebody. You do know that 5 years later Mrs. Hopper was still getting a kick out of that video!
Yep, that video had nothing to do with the original assignment and we still got a A on it. She had to take it home to watch it because she couldn’t hear it in class with everyone laughing so hard. Then she wouldn’t give it back to us because she wanted to keep it to show to her other classes.
