I went to a variety of workshops on management, clinical programs and new industry trends. All of them had very actionable items that I could start on TODAY. As far as the conference went I wasn't in it with her so I don't know much about that. As far as Carolina goes I can only think of about 3 years where they didn't have a good season so I guess we are something else all the time :) .
