Can't be a good thing. #2--Yes, I napped like a champ, but afterward I did 4 hours of yard work! I think that was harder than the race. I have definitely hit the wall (its 8:06pm as I type). #3--Bryan not only looked like he felt better, he didn't barf at the finish! #4--3 weeks to White Lake Half Iron tri (1.2 mi swim, 56 mi bike, 13.1 mi run). #1–Foot numbness is one thing, but what has been happening when I bike commute to work is my big toenail is blue when I get there.
