		<description>It&#039;s a school bus issue.  If they let the elementary school kids out on time and have to let the middle/high school kids out early the school buses don&#039;t have time to run the routes and get back to the schools before they need too.  Also, the high school buses easily run until 4:30 or after in some places....they definitely would have hit some &quot;weather&quot; by then.</description>
