If they let the elementary school kids out on time and have to let the middle/high school kids out early the school buses don't have time to run the routes and get back to the schools before they need too. Also, the high school buses easily run until 4:30 or after in some places....they definitely would have hit some "weather" by then. It’s a school bus issue.
